I bought 2 of these, one for myself and my partner. Pros: 1. Deeper than a standard desk 2. Reasonable price 3. Comes with the storage unit 4. Easy to assemble 5. Privacy cover/bookshelf makes cable management a breeze. 6. Seems to be fairly sturdy. I have 2 ultrawides mounted on it and there's no flex. Cons: 1. Takes a while to assemble. Its not hard, but its a lot of pieces. 2. The desktop itself is 4 different pieces. 3. Things aren't perfect. | I had a slight chip on an edge out of the box. There were a couple of holes that were a struggle to get to due to misalignment. The desktop pieces ended up being off by less than a CM, but its noticeable if you're paying attention to the edge. 4. Instructions make a bit more sense to me if they were in a different order, but they are very thorough. If you struggle to follow them, its you. Overall its a budget desk setup, and I knew that when purchasing. Its a great bang for buck though, especially if you want to have that deeper desktop. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This item arrived with parts incorrectly welded. There are supposed to be two identical #1 pieces, but one piece was welded upside down making it impossible to put together properly. Other than that, some items in the center of the package arrived with slight damage to some pieces. Items on the outside of the package were unharmed, so it was not an issue with shipping. It is an issue with quality control for the manufacturer and/or seller. Pretty ridiculous for the price paid. I’ll update this review if I’m able to receive the properly functioning pieces that I paid for. Until then, I’ll be without a desk. ... show more

After working from home for 2 years now using a folding table as a desk, I decided it was time for an upgrade. The desk arrived a day earlier than expected. (Although UPS delivered to the wrong house. Thank goodness for honest neighbors.) Assembly was a little challenging. There are a lot of pieces. Most are labeled; a few are not. Some of the pictures make it difficult to tell the orientation and I didn't realize some pieces were wrong until later which meant disassembling and reassembling correctly. Pay close attention to all the holes in the pictures to make sure the orientation is correct. There was one piece on the frame that was welded incorrectly so that the screw would not go in. Still sturdy without it but I'll find a longer screw and take care of it myself. I really love the look of the desk. The USB jacks and outlets on the top are a nice touch for recharging small electronics. The writing surface has a tough laminate covering which is nice. There are a couple of scuff marks on the surface but they are hardly visible unless you look really closely. It's not an heirloom piece of furniture but it is very functional and nice looking. The slides on the drawers are smooth and the cabinet door has soft close hinges. That was a pleasant surprise.     • Don’t buy this even if you’re on a budget
A construction manual will not help you here because some of the pieces are not aligned properly with each other and a lot of human errors are made in screwing each hole in each piece. I contacted the seller because I had a missing piece and they sent it to me but the rest of the pieces made it difficult to put together. It’s very laborious and if you have one piece cut incorrectly it will mess with the whole thing. Overall, just don’t buy this. ... show more

Several pieces chipped on arrival, drawers aren't aligned. One piece missing hinge pre-dilled holes. I wouldn't recommend this.
