It's sturdy, well designed, and it's very pleasant to look at. Mine also did not come with instructions. Everything else was great. If you have to build this without instructions, one of the three frame rails has more holes, that one goes in the corner. Once I figured that out, the rest of the assembly was easy; just look at the picture. The manufacturer’s web site should of have instructions that are easy to find and download. And better hours, they're open between 4am to 7am. And as customer oriented as Amazon is, I'm surprised that their customer service cannot provide download links for manuals (NewEgg does). All in all, the awesome designed and look of this case make it a good buy, even though it's poorly supported and often comes without instructions. Note: Id like to address some of the other reviews. 1) The shelves are a high-grade particleboard, covered and sealed. Particleboard is wood particles combined with a resin or binder, heated and pressed into a panel. Most furniture is made using this type of wood. Natural wood is a lot more expensive and, in many cases, not as strong. 2) All of the holes lined perfectly; Assembly 101 - start all of the screws, then go back and tighten them. Gave this product a poor review because vendor was hard to deal with regarding a missing piece. However vendor eventually sent me an entire new shelf. I am satisfied now. Nothing fancy, but shelf does the job and looks very nice. Directions could've been better.

Quite possibly the most un-detailed instructions I’ve ever had to use to build furniture. I had to take it apart and restart multiple times to switch pieces I had swapped because the instructions were not detailed and the pieces weren’t labeled with their numbers. 2 stars because once it was built correctly (after about 3 hours of work) it was nice looking and sturdy. ... show more
