The length is perfect, the sleeve length is perfect, it's not see through, the fabric is so soft, it looks nice enough to go with a skirt and heels, and casual enough for jeans and sneakers. I'm not sure how we are all receiving the same shirt. I agree it it the weight and fit of a compression shirt. And I saw the outline of my white bra through the white shirt. It was longer than I would have liked and looked better if it was folded up at the waist. Didn't hate it, but know I won't wear it. Size up if you want any room to move.
