The quality and craftsmanship of the canvas photo are great. I was concerned about how clear the photo would be, but it really is wonderful. The canvas is stapled around the back and it seems to be strong enough to hold for a long time. It comes with parts needed to hang it on the wall, which is also very nice.

I just started printing some of my photography, so I've been trying to find a good quality canvas printing business. I stumbled upon this one, and figured I'd give it a try, nervous of course, about the quality. I got to experience EXCELLENT customer service from the start. I got a call from the company, and they wanted to let me know that there was a white mark on the photo I submitted with my order. I mean, how many businesses would care about this!? Most would just print the photo, and say it's not their problem. I had a guy call me, and let me know. I wasn't sure what the mark was so he emailed me the picture back, and explained what he saw, and there was a definite mark on my photo, that I was completely unaware of! He let me fix the photo and resend it. After we fixed that issue, the guy spent a good 20-25 minutes on the phone with me cropping my photo in different sections to help me get the perfect canvas, and have my watermark where I wanted. If it wasn't what I wanted, he let me move my watermark and send another picture. We went back and forth until it was perfect. AMAZING customer service. I don't know very many companies that take the time to do that. After I received my order, I wasn't very pleased with the color. The detail was good, but the color was off. I reached out to them, and they instantly responded apologizing, and asked for a picture of the canvas, as well as the original picture. They offered to fix it and send me another one. It was so easy to get this issue resolved with them! I received my next order very quickly, and the color was PERFECT. Absolutely loved my experience with this company from start to finish. I'm so glad I ended up with the correct color, so that I can continue buying my canvases through this company. I hope all the color quality on future canvases remains the same, because I would hate to go somewhere else after such a good experience.

I have ordered over 10 canvas’ from this seller over the last 5 years and every single one of them has expedited my expectations!!! Let me also note that not everyone of my prints were professional photos either.. some were just basic photos off of my iPhone that I adored. I also order them in quite a large size too and they are beautiful!! Not once had any issues with quality. Thank you for making some of my most cherished photos that much more special to me!
