  • Beautiful Tires & Wheels !
Very nice wheels. These dress up the XMAXX 8S a lot better than the stock plain wheels. They are good quality and I highly recommend them over the plain stock wheels.

  • MISINFORMATION. Traxxas X-Maxx Wheel IS NOT CHROME. IS Silver Painted...
In Picture: Chrome Traxxas Stampede VS Traxxas X-Maxx Satin ""Chrome"" Wheels. Real color is silver. Waste of money. Returning !

  • Traxxas ..read a book about how to glue plastic to rubber
I am a big Traxxas fan. Been buying Traxxas vehicles since the nitro powered T-maxx was released a long long time ago. My latest Traxxas vehicles is the Traxxas X-MAXX. I have two now, that’s how much I love them. But.. As with all R/C vehicles, they all have there issues & here is one with the X-MAXX I don’t understand why Traxxas has STILL not resolved the issue of tires coming unglued from the plastic wheel. They make some of the very best R/C land vehicles money can buy, so WHY can’t they glue the tires to the wheels so they don’t separate? It happens all the time, videos all over YouTube show X-maxx (& XRT ) having the same issue. Only thing I can think of is that the plastic wheel & tire are not prepped properly before being assembled and glue is applied. Not cleaning off the release agent properly. That takes time and time is money. Traxxas ..you are well aware of this ongoing problem & it is tragic that you sell the X-MAXX for $999.99 knowing full well that it is going out the door with a problem that will cost the customer more money. FIX the problem. ARRMA is right there, don’t rest on your laurels and loose dedicated repeat customers over something as simple as learning how to glue two things together. Until you do I have to warn potential buyers that unlike most Traxxas products I have purchased in the past, these wheels are garbage and should be recalled around the globe.. Oh yea, there is also the issue of the tire coming unglued and tearing. Now what? Customer has to go buy more tires,,spend more money after they already dropped a Grand. Pathetic. ... show more
