Extremely well made, four levels of intensity and nine modes of vibration, from steady to pulasatile to hybrid. It definitely was able to arouse my wife intensely, unfortunately, it was not able to put her over the top, which is probably more related to her age and physiology (post-menopausal in her late 60s) than the performance of this product. It was also her first experience with vibrating stimulation, and it may just be that she was distracted and intimidated by the novelty of the sensations. This is a serious tool, however. I would not call it a "toy". We are going to continue experimenting with it.
