Of the two I ordered as gifts for my sisters, one box didn't contain the inner pad to hang the necklace on. For the price, the box should have a higher quality in my opinion. It's a tad smaller than I had thought, but it's still got a heft to it so hangs on the chain quite nicely. The design and finish of the pendant is quite pleasing. The color is just as the pictures show. The chain itself is not that impressive, and slightly chafes on the nape and sides of the neck.
