Not as described. Even the cardboard tag says pouch plus belt. I purchased this for an upcoming job over the road. I open the Amazon box, remove the pouch by the handle, and inspect it to see if it will fit my needs. I start loading some of my tools, but then realize, wait, where is the belt? I check the box... nope. I unload my tools thinking maybe it was rolled or folded in the bottom of the main pocket. I proceed to check the rest of the pockets, but still, NO BELT. Waiting for a return and replacement to deliver will no longer meet my timeline. but it looks like it would have been great if it were complete. ... show more
