I realize these were inexpensive saddle strings (I bought two). But I'm disappointed in the quality of the leather. It's thin, stiff and required oiling to get rid of the frilly wrinkles. Will they work to tie stuff on the back of my saddle? Yes. But I'm already looking for better quality ones even if they're more expensive.
