The pouches are at an angle and the straps that hold the flasks in were not sufficient to hold my thermos flask nor water flask. This is a great pack! Fits nicely to the saddle, and does not shift. The water bottle holders work very well and it is easy to get the bottles in and out of the holder. I've used both a standard water bottle and the wider topped with the flip lid and the holders were not an issue at all. The pouch is a nice size to carry a lunch and some smaller items. The only thing that would make it better, is if there were a separate area to store a cell phone, then it would be perfect! ... show more

    • Roomy / not so durable
It’s roomy but doesn’t last. After about 50 miles of walk trot i noticed it was starting to get holes. Will fit everything you need and its great for light use. Doesn’t bounce around trotting so that was awesome. (I have a wintec jumping saddle and it fit perfectly)

I bought this bag to go on both my Wintec 2000 english and my western trail saddle. It fits well on both saddles! I used it for an all-day trail ride, so I had it filled with food, extra clothing for the cold weather, and water. It was easy to use while in the saddle, secure even as I loped my horse, and was much more spacious than I had anticipated. Thumbs up for me! ... show more

In The beginning I love the product but it lasted only three months and then I restitched it where it would secure to the saddle and I restitched again but it’s no good.

    • Good for shorter rides
Bought this for a trail riding weekend with a few of my friends. The pocket was big enough for my truck keys, my phone and a small snack, which was fine since my friends had big Western saddle bags for lunch and drinks. The bottle holders fit my Nalgene bottle, but it did rub a little bit of the hair off my horses back where it was sitting for 6 hours. It was fairly easy to access while sitting in the saddle.     • Did not like the way it fit on the saddle.
Returned because it fits over the back of the saddle and you have to sit on it which makes the saddle slippery. Its also impossible to get anything out of it while on the horse
