This was a birthday gift to my daughter. While the shoes would have been nice... They came in absolute terrible condition. Stains all over them, you clearly see they have not been worn. It would be nice to instill a protocol to CHECK the ITEMS before shipping it!!! Huge disappointment. Now I’m not sure if there are brand new shoes or repairs from previously owned personell?!?!? I love Tory Burch and these shoes and they were on my wish list for a very long time! They are pretty comfy and fit like a glove, however, there is a minor glitch. The shoe clicks when you walk in it because the heel sticks to the material inside the shoe, then pops when you step up and down. It sounds ridiculous. I find that wearing a nylon shoe liner helps but there are very few shoe liners (or mini socks) you can find that don't stick out on the top of the shoe. It just looks silly to have a flat on, with a shoe liner showing .. sorry. Maybe I am just picky. ... show more

First time to buy TB shoes online due to the confinement (bought in April 2020). Unfortunately they were much wider than when I tried it in a real TB store in NYC. Please do not note that these do not come from a TB store but from a reseller, so not sure they are the real deal. Bad customer service as well: since I had to return them because of the bad fit, they retain 20% of the purchase (not advertised) and it took a long time since I had to return the shoes to a Canada address. I would not recommend buying TB shoes from them ... show more
