Pros: 1. Very comfortable. Practical. 2. Beautiful, I got some compliments. 3. TOMS give away 1/3 of the profits, so it feels good to do good :) Cons: 1. You really can't wear them in the winter 2. If you wear these without socks, you can get a tan on half your leg (because of the shape of them). But if you do wear them with regular socks, then your socks would be visible, so you might want to consider getting socks that will be compatible with these. Sadly, I had to return these shoes. Well made and even cuter in-hand than in the photo! The problem I found with these is that the top fabric is completely inflexible. I could not get my high instep beyond the opening. A simple elastic opening and a mere half-inch more fabric would have made these a perfect addition to my summer attire. ... show more

I do like the concept of this company. I wanted a pair of casual shoes and this is my 1st pair of Tom's. I have others thar are similar in a different brand that I like better. But I'm happy with these. They are a little "flat" and I needed an inner sole.
