We have bought and loved TOMS shoes for years so I felt certain I'd like these boots. However, they are not the same high quality and the fit is not true to size. These look stylish as a cold weather boot but I would not recommend them for snow.

I was worried a bit when I seen that the toe box is more narrow than I thought (just a style preference, not a sizing concern) but when I put them on, I loved them. I bought these boots to wear with jeans or leggings during the fall and winter months. When I first got them, I was worried that the toe box felt a little tight and the boots seemed a bit stiff. These are pretty comfortable and keep my feet warm. Even though the boots are leather, they are like a matte black so they show a lot of dirt and dust and it has to be cleaned often. One positive is that it's easy to clean. Overall they are just okay, but i would not repurchase.

They are well put together but a tight fit for my exact size. . Boots like this are difficult to get on so I would suggest a size larger otherwise you will need a shoe horn. Also if you intend to wear thick socks I would suggest sizing up. They are not wide in the least so if you have a wide foot I would not suggest these boots. Leather will stretch and eventually conform but breaking these in will be a long process. Still not sure if I want to keep. ... show more
