This particular pair is quite short and unfortunately because I am a frequent buyer, I tossed the box before trying on the shoes. Have ad shoe stretcher in them since I purchased but still short. Shoes are cute. They are made different than they used to be because the heels actually hurt and rubbed my feet. I had to buy heel protectors to put it my shoes to help. My shoe size is either a 8.5 or 9 and I purchased an 8.5 and they fit pretty well. No support, but they aren't made for that.

Tom’s shoes don’t have much support but you buy them because they’re cute. I like the relaxed style with jeans and shorts. Not for hiking but around town is great!
