I got a medium, usually wear a small, am a 35b, and it fits like a small around the armpits but has large flat cups. It's likely tighter under the arms in order to hold it up without straps which I appreciate but even with the tightness in my armpits, I still felt I needed the straps for security. The fabric and quality are good. The design holds you in while still avoiding looking too flat although I actually think it feels and looks better without the oversized insert pads (which are removable). The straps are really nice quality and easy to adjust but stay put. They sit pretty wide and fasten just shy of your armpit again so this may really bother some. I would move them inward just slightly to offset this irritation. If you are wider around the ribcage or have ANY back fat, etc, I would definitely size up, even if you have a relatively small cup size. The elastic bands that wrap around your ribcage and chest run small.

1997 anyone? I couldn’t resist as this logo bandeau is a direct throw back to my middle school days. I wear a 32G and the size large fit me almost perfectly. Usually a large is too wide for me but this one fit exactly how I wanted it to, so if you’ve got a band size larger than 32, you may want to size up. The cup sizing is about a size too small but I wasn’t falling out of the bottom and have a little more cleavage up top. I could get a better fit by removing the padded cups from the bandeau top itself. It does come with straps so you’ll be able to have a couple of other styling options as well as a little bit more support.

For reference I am 5'2" about 135lbs and a 32DD. The medium fit, but it was very snug. This is supportive for being strapless but I had to use the neck strap to give the lift needed to be flattering. It was also very cramped in there so I took out the padding. That helped but now the white half was teetering on being a bit see through. It's a cute top for someone with maybe a C cup or below.
