I don't wear a tie every day, but I wear them regularly enough. I only buy Tommy ties at this point because they are constructed well, look fly and have good material. I think they generally punch above their price point in terms of bang-for-your-buck. This one is no different, even if a knit tie isn't what I normally wear, but the squared off end is cool, the knit is in style and the construction is such that you don't have to worry about the knot not looking like a knot or anything because it bunches up and doesn't hold shape. If you need that semi-casual tie to wear and just be relaxed-but-professional, you'd be hard pressed to get a knit tie better.

I think everyone should have at least one knit tie in their closet, and this would be a good one to add. I've got probably 25 ties because I wear them professionally. Most of mine are Brooks Brothers and other high end brand names. This tie is on par with that quality in my opinion. I got blue, and it has the slight Tommy Hilfiger branded colors on the back tail end. Basically, you can have that show or not based on how long or short you make the tie. It is well constructed and has a nice weight to it. I'm glad I added this to my closet and rotation.

This tie is different than the average but very nice! It is long and slender with a blunt end compared to the normal pointy end. Good material, not frizzy, and very strong, tight, knit. The global stripe is on the back of the tie. Again, very nice.

This is an odd tie. My wife does not like it, she thinks it looks dumb. I have never seen anyone where a tie like this before, but online research states this is hip and modern? As for the tie itself, it is relatively well made. It ties together fine but I have issues as someone with very dry skin. Because of the knit nature of the tie, it often gets caught on things, like dry skin and the snags are permanent once they occur. Overall this is a nice tie if this is the type of style you are looking for. It's not for me though, so just be sure this is what you want as otherwise it is a well made tie from a reputable name.

I like the look of these square knit ties in general but they are not for everyone. Nice quality knitting, a little bit of stretch in the materials and the color is very accurate on the webpage as to what was received. If you are on the fence with this style, I would go for it and try it out with some more casual outfits. It is not way too skinny of a tie that makes you look silly. I had no issues with the length and the single windsor I do.
