Size 12 outside seam length is 36", waist approximately 26-26.5. These pants are very nice. They are just way too big for my son so we're exchanging them. My son is 56.5" and 65 lbs. He is thin and usually length is our issue so we went with his height which put him in size 12 (55"-58.5"). These were both too wide (as expected) and about three inches too long. ... show more

At the same time, we also purchased The Children’s Place Stretch Chino Pants, Flax, Size 16, and French Toast Straight B Straight Fit Chino, Size 16 which fit my 15 year old boy fine. He is a slender young man, so I reccommend sizing up if you choose this brand and fit. If you have been searching for decent quality kids pants online, here they are. I purchased 2 pair. My child is normally in a 5-6 boys pants so I purchased both. I ended up keeping both of them because of how nice they are. He is a skinny, short kid so the size 5 fit well, but he definitely could pull off using the size 6.
