Multipurposed pants is what I call them! My son wears a 12/14 in pants and I rolled these up, he will get plenty wear. He was in a beach wedding and just for a 1 week rental for pants, Men’s Warehouse wanted $82….I don’t think so. Size 12 outside seam length is 36", waist approximately 26-26.5. These pants are very nice. They are just way too big for my son so we're exchanging them. My son is 56.5" and 65 lbs. He is thin and usually length is our issue so we went with his height which put him in size 12 (55"-58.5"). These were both too wide (as expected) and about three inches too long. ... show more

Most pants like these have adjustable elastic bands in the waistline. These do not. My son is tall and thin. So will have to tailor them in to fit him or return them.
