Much needed edema relief for your arm. A bit difficult to put on if you are operating one-handed and your arm is already swollen. You definitely need assistance. Depending on your swelling, could be uncomfortable to sleep in. Makes a big difference for the pain, though! Much better than using an ace-wrap-type bandage.

This is exactly the right amount of compression I needed for my arm. As a nurse, of course I diagnosed myself with a bicep tear and researched the treatments. To go to the doctor would mean a 10 week rehab and I don't have time for that!!! My pain is greatly reduced and my range of motion is so much better that I'm actually able to go to work as long as I don't over use that arm. I bought a compression sleeve at a local sporting goods store that didn't have the amount of compression noted anywhere on the package and wasted my money cause it wouldn't even help a mild case of tendonitis if it tried, so I had to where a strap with it, very inconvenient and uncomfortable. So glad I found this product and the price was right. The quality is good, the compression is good, and it doesn't roll down my arm. Plus you get 2!! The other products of the same compression at higher prices gave you only one and usually only in black, I like the beige as it blends in with my skin and most of my uniforms and clothes. I would definitely recommend this product.

The upper arm band rolls down. The wrist band doesn’t fit well. I have swelling at my wrist bone when I wear the ToFly sleeve and none when I wear another brand. I think I should have gotten a medium instead of the large. The measurements indicated I was at max for a medium.

The sleeves are really good quality and very supportive. I have a torn bicep and some lymphedema on my right arm and I use the sleeve when I go to play golf. Really does support my arm. I bought both small and medium and use the medium as I find it too hard to pull on the small and bruise my old skin tugging them on.

I brought this for my joint pain in my arms and it seems to really help. Just a heads up it does run small I brought it in a large so definitely measure your arm, and if you're unable to measure your arm buy a size up than what you would think you would need.
