This is very first time my son used this, brand new out of the package, and I don’t know if it’s the product or him squirming but it’s disappointing it’s already ripping. It is very comfortable and it fits perfectly on our chairs though!

I use it for 3 year old and it’s awesome. It doesn’t restrict her, too much, for reaching stuff on table, but it also keeps her safely in place. Cleans up great. I wouldn’t recommend it for a 1-2 year old or a toddler that’s small in size. I don’t think it would be secure enough, for that size.

We bought this for our toddler when we were ready to move her from her highchair to the dining room table to eat with us. Only took me about 5 min to adjust the straps so it's tight on the dining room chair. After that it's very quick and easy to remove and snap back on after every use, but we're lazy and just leave it on. The straps for the child are not very snug especially if they sit all the way back. So they're more of a deterrent to keep them from getting off. We're lucky that our girl mostly stays put. We've only had to threaten to use the straps twice. 😂 The cushion is pretty firm without much give. Perfectly fine for a toddler's weight.

Daughter likes having her own chair and still being able to reach the table to eat. This set up feels more like a normal chair, it doesn't hold her down or constrain her. That also means that you need to keep a close eye on them when your child is sitting at the table. Yes, there is a belt, but it's not a tight fit and there are no rigid supports. Your child can also stretch out their feet and push on the table which could send them and the chair tumbling to the floor. Use this ONLY with CLOSE supervision. Might be better for older toddlers that have good balance.

We have a son with autism who does not stay in his seat while eating dinner so we thought this would be good to keep him at his seat. He moves around a bit at the table and the moment he did the seams ripped where the buckles were attached. The buckles were placed in inappropriate places too so he could slide right out of it. I was hoping this was going to to avoid me frm spending 100$ on a full chair bit i guess i should've just spent the money to get something that would actually work.
