I ordered two sets of these for my toddlers and washed them as soon as they arrived, after giving them a quick once over. I wished I would have slowed down and looked a little more closely because after taking them out of the dryer I realized one of the top sheets had a couple small holes and a black smudge mark on it all in the same vicinity of each other. My only other complaint is that the style of pillowcase closure they use doesn’t allow your kids to flip their pillows over and use both sides. Other than that, they seem great. My little one sleeps so well on these sheets that feel like one of Daddy’s soft tee shirts! If it was a *regular* flat sheet, the hassle would be real, but on the two bottom corners of it it has fitted elastic, just like the lower ‘fitted’ sheet! This has been key to a calmer bedtime / nap time as little ones (and grownups) have less to fuss over. Sheet may get lost in the blankets if your child tosses, but is the easiest thing to just reach down and pull back up without ever needing re-tucking. Not sure what happened here but none of my daughter’s sheets have done this, so I don’t think it’s anything having to do with her. They’re super soft sheets though and I love that the top sheet is fitted at the bottom! Just bummed it looks like they’ve been bleached or something.

These are great for toddler sheets. They are soft jersey cotton, not as thick as a stiff structured cotton but I was going for comfort. I have yet to find "thick" crib sheets beyond a $50 price tag, these work perfectly fine. The pillowcase is the back envelope style like a sham which makes it a bit safer and more difficult for my toddler to remove. The bottom of the flat sheet has elastic which is a great feature to keep the sheet in place. The width of the top sheet is comfortable for use and not too obtrusive to the bed. The bottom sheet it somewhat structured in that it has a seam along the top perimeter of the mattress. Good stretch and plenty if fabric on the bottomside of the mattress to keep the bottom sheet from popping off. No complaints, these are very functional for a toddler. ... show more

I was fairly disappointed in these sheets. 1. I did not know upon purchase that the top sheet had a fitted end. This sounds good in theory, but in reality I am wondering if this will really work as expected. 2. These sheets are paper thin. I can't imagine them holding up to long-term use and washings. 3. I don't consider these are real bargain at $25.54. There are organic cotton sheets on sale at Pottery Barn Kids for the same price or less that are SO MUCH higher quality than these. So, just do your homework and shop around, look for sales before you pull the trigger on these. 4. The description is also somewhat "fluffed up." They are listed as jersey in one sentence and percale in another sentence. These ARE NOT percale. They are paper-thin jersey, as I said above about the thinness and quality.
