I am pleased, it was not a soft cushiony thing, it is meant for giving you a deep massage with a bit of heat if you want it and it did that exactly as promised. I have to say I love the handles since you can just put your arms though them and just let the weight of your arms hold it in place. I have to say to get to all the places I wanted to get to on my shoulders I moved it to do 1 shoulder at a time which worked best for me but bottom line it worked great and the fact I can take it on those long car trips and when I am not driving just lay back and relax since it has a power cord for the car, you could use it while driving but I am not sure that would be a good idea since it does relax you really good. So when you add it all up I give it 5 Stars for a great device that works just like it says. ... show more

    • 5 Month Term Life**Buyer Beware**
When I originally purchased the product, I loved everything about it. Even my dad would use it to massage his kneck! However, and I'm officially writing this review today, 1/21/21, because the apparatus just died on me. I went to use it, and about a minute in, the device turned off, and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I waited an hour and still nothing, the device is completely dead. I guess for $40 bucks; you get what you pay for. Not to mention I also purchased this item as a gift for a friend on their birthday. Hopefully, the same thing won't happen to them. Love love love my massager. No more making deals or cashing in coupons for home massages. Would recommend for anyone wanting a deep tissue massage without the spa prices. Turns off after about 19 minutes of use, but with a push of a button your massage will start again. I did find that after about 1.5 hours of constant use the massager will turn off so the motor doesn’t burn out. I was able to use again after about 15 minutes.     • Saving my shoulders
I had a lot of issues with my shoulders so I was paying to get massages a few times monthly so I decided to try and save money and bought the tisscare. My coworker actually recommended it. It is powerful which I needed but with that being said after the 15 mins my shoulders were sore. So start on the lower setting first. It helped relieve a lot of pain and my shoulders did not feel as tense or hard. It heats up but I can't feel the heat at all so that is disappointing. Also, it has to been connected to the charger in order to use it which wouldn't be a bad thing if the cord wasn't so short. If they can find a way to make the heat stronger so you can actually feel it and the cord longer this would get 5 stars. But it definitely helped my shoulders. ... show more

Omg this neck massager is awesome. This was a birthday gifts to my boyfriend. He loves it and I love it too. It hits all the right spots. You control how much pressure needed with how much you pull on the straps. They even give you instructions / suggestions on different areas of you body that may also need a massage like lower back, thighs etc... A great buy it rotates in different directions, and is heated with a touch of a button. Eventhough it was a purchase for him,I tried it.
