We are grandparents that were looking for a high chair with features to fit that size difference of both a 7 month and 18 month old, meet the 90-90-90 rule, an adjustable tray, aesthetically pleasing, under $200 and can be folded and put away when our grandchildren are not visiting. Finding a high chair to meet all those requirements took days of sifting through high chair features and reviews. This was the high chair we found that met all those requirements. It worked well for us upon use and cleaned up easily. The only improvement we can see, which we saw others note in their reviews, is that the straps cannot be removed to be cleaned. Because it meets all our needs including that was under $200, we give this high chair five stars.

Pros: -folds and stands on its own -stores the tray on the back -very adjustable -attractive -easy enough to wipe down Cons: -I personally hate the straps. I feel they’re too difficult to buckle, adjust, clean, and store. I ended up adding a couple command hooks to the back to hold them out of the way so I can get him in the seat easier. -The tray does not have a plastic cover. So it’s not dishwasher friendly. It barely fits in my double bowl sink to be sprayed down. -It was a little clunky to assemble. Yes it’s basically just snapping pieces together, but it’s like the legs weren’t perfectly aligned and needed to be forced a good bit to snap into place. -The tray also requires some force to slide in and out. It’s not a smooth adjustment, and therefore I have to put the tray on prior to adding the baby for fear of his fingers getting pinched. -Again, the straps are not great. The seat buckle has crevices for food to get mashed into and it does require some extra attention to make sure it’s fully clean. Overall I feel it’s a nice highchair. I got it on a good cyber Monday sale but I absolutely would not pay full price for it. It’s normal price is close enough to the price of a mockingbird that I feel you’d be better off getting one of those instead.

Just started using this high chair. It’s sturdy and I love how easy it is to change the height of the foot rest, along with the other components as my child grows. I bought this to replace our old Joovy high chair. Love how aesthetic this one looks while still functional.

I really wanted to love this chair. Great aesthetics, sliding footplate, large footplate compared to many others, comfy seats, sturdy, foldable, easy to clean. The tray is what did it for me. It’s hard to take out and put in. I kind of have to use two hands to put it in and wiggle the tray and take it out by force when removing it. With a heavy 14 month old in my arms, it’s just not practical for me at all. The suction plates and bowls do not stay on either. It slides around. Definitely no-no with my little one as she loves to try and take off the plates/bowls.
