This product says it’s nickel free. I put it in my rook and immediately it was hurting. I left it in for two days and my ear became so swollen and painful. Need to return asap.

I returned both orders even though I didnt request a replacement. The items came late so I returned them after the cut off date but I still am requesting a full refund of the replacement items.
