Let me start out by saying I hate most closed toe shoes except a good work boot. I’ve never owned a sneaker I had strong feelings about. These shoes changed my life…. These are the best sneakers I’ve ever owned. They’re cute, they’re flexible, they’re absolutely water proof until you wear the life out of them. I wore these every day for work for months, through snow and salt, through -35 wind chill (I don’t recommend that, but I’m Minnesotan and don’t dress appropriately for the cold). They have served me well. I beat the living hell out of these shoes, and they took it like a champ. I was absolutely distraught when I came to this page and found that I couldn’t order another pair. I couldn’t find another pair anywhere online actually. I would exclusively wear these shoes for the rest of my career. I work outside in all weather and regularly climb around or over appliances for maintenance. I put MILES on these babies before they started getting a hint of a leak. They kept my feet dry as long as my abusive wear patterns would allow and they were incredibly comfortable and easy to move around in the entire time. They were easy to climb in and had decent grip. No other sneaker will ever hold a candle to these high tops. I will never love another shoe more than I’ve loved these. Timberland changed my expectations of all future sneakers and none other shall ever compare. ... show more

Shoes are amazing! In the picture the tongue seems larger than it really is, it is of average hight. I have pretty narrow feet so I obviously did not purchase the wide ones. I ordered a 9.5 although I am a 9 and they are slightly large, so I would say they run true to size. They seem like excellent quality and the sole has great traction. I love the style and alothough they aren't feathers they are pretty lightweight. I have sprayed them with leather spray to protect it and cleaning has been a breeze. Overall great product. Super cute shoe, and feels comfortable.. but the sizing is way off. I originally ordered my normal size 7.5, they were too big so I exchanged for a size 7... they are still wayyyyyy too big so I'm returning and probably won't try again.

These looked good and were comfortable when I wore them the first day. However, by the 3rd day wearing them the rubber side sole was already coming apart from the base of the shoes. The quality is awful and I wouldnt recommend these to anyone.

I wanted these for an every day, all black sneaker. I purchased these and a pair of all black Naturalizer sneakers. I wanted this style, so I bought both with the plan of sending back whichever ones I liked better. Well, that didn’t work out so well bcuz I loved both pair! I bought these in an 11, and they fit well and r very comfortable. And they afford me the space to wear a thicker sock for warmth, although they keep my feet warm wearing just the compression socks which are about the thickness of trouser socks. They’re well made quality shoes. I haven’t had but one other pair of timberland boots/shoes in the past, and I loved the comfort of those as well. So the comfort/quality is there.
