I do a lot of field related work in muddy areas. My last pair of these lasted through five years of this type of work, and would likely have lasted another 5 except I realized I needed a slightly larger size. Didn't hesitate to go with the same boot again 0.5 up. I'm happy with the purchase. Note that they are heavy boots, so expect to be trudging around in them. Most expensive shoes I bought had some glue sticking out and I expect to be stitched bottom to upper leather. Regardless I shall wear for the next building trip. Hope this lasts a few years.
