I purchased this wallet in 2017 as a Fathers Day gift for my significant other. I decided to review now because I looked at this wallet yesterday and really noticed how WELL it has held up over the years. Seriously look at the pics. It is now 2021 and this is his daily wallet. He is not super careful about taking care of things, especially a wallet, nothing special is done to preserve te durability or appearance and it still has held up. Get this wallet! I mean there are no cracks, peeling, very little wrinkles after almost 4 years. This really is genuine leather. Best money I ever spent on a wallet. I thought he maybe wanted to upgrade just because it’s been so long but he was like “not at all” lol seriously he INSISTED on keeping this one. ... show more

So, I received the wallet yesterday. Extremely disappointed. It came in a plastic bag....no box. Which I checked the "this is a gift" box when I ordered it. Don't think it's original at all. Truthfully looks like it came from a third- rate manufacturer in China. Looked cheaply made. I don't think I can adequately express how significantly this product changed my life. I read a lot of reviews and asked a question to try and figure out how many cards this wallet can hold. Each of the slots hold only one card. the section behind the slots can hold 2. These plus the id is a total of 6 cards. This wallet looks amazing and is incredibly slim. I looked at countless wallets and researched way too much and ended up picking this wallet. I ordered this wallet as a Christmas gift for my husband and was extremely disappointed to see that it came in a clear plastic bag instead of a nice Timberland-branded box. As expected. Feels and looks great. I tried shoving too many cards into it and a seam ripped, so don't do that. It is slimfold because you aren't supposed to put too many cards in it. It doesn't mean you can shove a ton of crap into it and it still looks slim. Use your brain since I didn't.

Just got this in the mail, so far it seems nice. It was cheap but still maintains fantastic quality. My last wallet was a Bellroy slim for $80 that didn't even make it 2 years. This looks like a perfect simple alternative. I use it for 8 cards and a few bills (could probably fit 2 more cards comfortably). The wallet is quite compact not much wider than a dollar bill. It seems to be just was I was looking for. Hopefully it lasts a few years. My folded wallet measures 4.25"x3.25" On a side note... The "blue" I received is more of a green. It looks exactly like the green in the picture. So I'm not complaining. ... show more

Many reviews had me worried about this product but I can say that it is in fact an authentic Timberland product and made with real leather (my previous Timberland wallet lasted over 5 years.) It's slim, light weight design lends itself to be used in both professional and casual attire. It shows absolutely zero wear for 3 months of use.
