I purchased these waders for a salmon fishing trip in Pulaski NY. 3 days of very hard wear and tear, falls, and miles of walking. I fished in 45 degree weather with colder water all day long, and now have moved on to duck hunting in them. I was very pleased with the quality and comfort. Sizing for me is an issue as I'm 5'9" 155lbs, the chest/overall length was long for my weight and shoe size. But the included belt helped with this. ... show more

I'm a men's US 10 all day long. Measured my foot at 10.5 to 10.6 inches. My every day shoe is 11" inside length, labeled as size 10 and they are almost a perfect fit. Using the size chart with these waders I chose a size 10. I Could bare get my foot in them and I had to curl my toes a little to not be in pain. Measured the inside length of these boots at 10 3/8 inches, not the 11 listed in the sizing chart. They are labeled as size 10 however very likely they are a 9 or they have poor tolerances for what each size is. Something else to note as I try to find a replacement option, all of the other TIDWE waders with boots, and many of their competitors use a different size chart that lists size 10 as an 11.4 inside length. Perhaps they posted the wrong size chart with these waders. I was roasting in them after only a couple minutes (wearing them indoors). I did not test them for water proofing however I do not see any visible defects in the seams. Every other aspect, as described, appears to be well done. Shame they are simply sized wrong. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this. I don't know a lot about outdoor gear but my son wanted this for xmas to hunt and fish with this buddy so I did research. I spent around $100 on these because it seemed the cheaper ones were made of cheaper material and the more expensive ones didn't seem to have much more than these. The only downside is they are really baggy on my son. I got the size I got because he wears a shoe size 10 but because its all one piece, the bigger the shoe, the bigger the wader. He is 12, 5 foot 3 and probably 120 or so lbs. We are keeping them though and just rigging them a little tighter with the strap meant to hang it up. ... show more

The waders work as promised but the sizing is horrible. I am pretty average at 5'10'' 175 lb and they look like they're built for a 5'5'' 250 lb gorilla, they are HUGE! Also I bought size 11 because I generally wear a size 10.5 boot and my foot is hitting the end of the boot, to me that's not a big deal because I like wearing a thinner sock and it doesn't get that cold where I live, but if you live in the north or somewhere where the temperature is going to be below freezing this might be a problem. I have had other waders in the past from the major outdoor retailers and these are by far the worst fitting. Also out of the package they stink. I would NOT recommend buying these, spend the extra money and buy a brand name wader! ... show more

My son is in a size 10 boot size but doesn’t quite fit for the height needed for these waders. We have to use zip-ties to cinch the straps so they do not fall off, even when fully tightened. He’s 5’4-5’5. He has worn once and stayed warm, but didn’t get too deep in water at the time. The boot hangers are nice, but upon inspection when hanging to dry, I have noticed areas where the stitches are pulled through the neoprene fabric. I pray they do not start to leak as a result as he has only gotten a single use out of them 😔 ... show more

Nice quality comfortable. I had to get bigger ones to fit my boot size, but that is a benefit all in its own. The boots are not wide size boots. So if you have wide feet youll feel the seam of the boot and neoprene. Still for the price it is nice quality plenty of pockets and keeps you dry.

I’m a woman wearing a men’s design wader, that being said, they are a little too long for me. That aside, they worked out marvelously when I went duck hunting (from a kayak) with my buddy. The material does keep you very warm, so when we went early in the year (Florida) the rare chilly morning was no bother for me (I wore shorts underneath the waders). When we returned to shore, i at first thought I had gotten some water in the waders. But when I peeled them off, it was just a little sweat. I did test them out in about 2 feet of water by kneeling onto the ground, until water reached my stomach; no water entered. So, for the price and for the purpose I used them for, they were great. Did not get to use because of snug fitting boot as thinness . I ordered my size 12 ,mind you my foot is wide. Opted for the 600 Gram insulated pair instead cold up here in northeast.Great warm weather wader. Was concerned about durability walking on short marsh reeds.
