My ring size is 10 so I ordered a size 10, it fits but a bit snug. Besides the snug fit so far seems to be well designed and durable. I work as rescue medic for a race track so I handle a lot of hot or sharp items as well as needing to work with my hands without worrying a ring sliding off or breaking. I have been really impressed with the ThunderFit Silicone Rings for Men. The price to performance is really good as they tend to last about 3-4 weeks for me before they stretch out too much and need to be replaced. The rings look great and are comfortable.
