I bought this ring as a "fashion ring" to wear on my index finger. I only wear gold and buying a wedding band style to fit on that finger was just what I wanted. Given that it would be just for fashion (and I have and wear other genuine/nonplated gold on my hands already), I wasnt too keen on having to spend a lot of money on something that may be switched out often. Then I ran across this...and figured for the price it was worth a go. It has been worth it. I have been wearing one ring everyday, 24 hours a day (as a toe ring) because my original toe ring became too big. This ring has withstood water, pressure, body oils, sand and sea water. While it is slightly more yellow than my 14k toe ring on the other foot, you'd have to hold those feet side by side and study them both to tell the difference. So...based on that, I bought rings for my hand (a black one and a golden one) and I wear them interchangeably on the same finger. Great look, great feel, haven't tarnished nor scratched even after slathering my hands in harsh chemicals daily at work. I like these rings so much, and they are such a bargain, that I actually ordered one ring in the wrong size and style but, because I still liked it, too, I kept it instead of returning it. They are just simple rings, but have proved to be a nice addition to my jewelry collection. I have actually 'Marie Kondo'd my ring collection in favor of these rings that spark joy. ... show more

I needed a new ring to wear under my gloves at work since my usual ring wouldn’t fit unless I wanted to pop my gloves. So, I ordered the 4mm gold ring in a size 6. That’s my normal ring size and it fit perfect. I ordered my husband the 6mm gold ring in an 8.5 and it fit perfect on him. I didn’t want the ring to be too thin (the 2mm seemed as such) but not too bulky either. I really am pleased with how they look. I have very petite hands and my husband has rather large hands. So the 6mm was perfect on him. Some other reviewers have complained about the color being too yellow gold but come one! The ring is less than $20 bucks. You’re never going to get that authentic gold look unless it’s real gold and that is EXPENSIVE. I think the color is just gorgeous and it looks more like a deep honeycomb gold in person. Nevertheless, I love it. I should say that I am very easy to please and will wear cheap jewelry even if it leave me green rings. But this piece really is nice and I love how it goes with everything Update: August 13, 2022 This ring is tough! I shower with it, do dishes with it, garden with it. My husband never takes it off and is constantly hard on his hands with the ring. This ring can take it. And the color hasn’t changed at all. Update: it's been 2 years since I first did a review on these rings. As you can see in the second photo, the rings are no longer gold in color. But they do glisten in the light. The one with the blue is definitely showing it's wear. The polish has rubbed off and it looks cloudy. I still get lots of compliments about them though. I did end up purchasing a set in silver and those tarnished within the first month, so I've come back to these. I wear them daily and rarely remove them. So in summary I'd definitely buy the gold ones again but I would not buy the silver ever again. Pardon my dried old looking hands. I was doing chores when my newest ring arrived. I took it out of the box and wanted to take a picture of all three in the daylight. The bottom ring, closest to the web of the fingers is today's arrival. The other two arrived in January 30 and I have not been a day without them. They are beautiful. Hold up through the light chemicals on my hobby farm and my job in a factory with many chemicals as well. As you can see the top two are alittle more gold in color while the newest is more rose colored. If your not looking closely, you can't tell the color variation. And indoors, you can't tell at all. Wife's review: wanted something else to wear around the house and when exercising instead of wedding set. I was wearing silicone rings, but they're so ridiculous looking. This ring is absolutely perfect. It's true to size, shiny, and extremely comfortable. It doesn't look cheap at all. I ordered the 4mm rose gold band. I would say the rose gold isn't overwhelmingly rose, it's more on the golden side, but still very pretty. It doesn't look cheap and looks like a normal wedding band. Time will tell on durability against scratches and dulling. Even so, the price is great and I wouldn't hesitate to order more. Highly recommend. ... show more

Loved the ring when I first got it. Perfect size, the weight felt solid, great color. But within a week it turned to a brassy gold color. I still wear it when I'm in the field but I wish the color had lasted a bit longer.
