We were in dire need of cotton sheets for summer sleeping, but we needed something that wouldn't cost $200 a set and was one of only a few fabrics we can sleep on due to allergies. I ordered two sets of organic sheets, different brands--this being the first one received. We slept on them last night and I can only hope the other set is as wonderful as these! I ordered a separate fitted sheet of the other set, too, so I think we will try that first and if not as good as these, I will send back and order another set of Thread Spread. I was so excited to finally find percale sheets again. Out of the package they seemed really smooth but I washed them to get rid of the smell (which I think was starch). The came out of the wash only slightly wrinkled and fit the bed well. However, once I slept on them for one night I noticed that while they still feel pretty good to my hand, on my face I notice a slight fuzzy roughness, as if stray fibers are sticking up. These sheets are great! Cool, and comfy. Love the tags for head/foot and sides. Making the bed with these is so much faster and easier. Yes, as in other reviews they do wrinkle after washing but who cares! Once on the bed they are fine! Would definitely buy again!
