I often spend 2 hours in the car, not drinking a beverage while driving and Thinx under pants have saved me from accidents. My only issue is the panty is not natural fibers so they aren't breathable at all and can become a little sweaty sometimes. If they were cotton everywhere but the crotch, I'd wear them more often. If you've had children and ride a horse, you know what kinds of things can happen. Leg crossing isn't an option! Add heavy period days and it's just completely uncomfortable, especially when you dismount and wonder what all leaked out or soaked through.
