Im 6'1" 165 lb or 187cm 75kg, lean and order the size L, the top fits a little tight but it could be wearable, but the pants are really short, so I ordered the XL and they feel better, there's not much difference, but a couple of cm makes them more confortable. I've been wearing this since I got it, non-stop, for almost two months now, it is so awesome. Wash it before you wear it though, because I don't know what they spray them with at the manufacturing plant, who knows. But I love this, and wear it 100% of the time now. I personally forgot to wash mine, started wearing it for a while and realized I don't know what chemicals they treated it with, so then I started worrying I was wearing something treated with chemicals, washed it, and I've been wearing it non-stop. The only thing I don't like about it was that it did get those little fuzzy balls attached to it before I even washed it. I have pretty rough hands, so that's probably why, and it doesn't matter, I love it anyway! (In other words, it comes perfectly smooth, and after not too long, those little fuzzy balls started to develop on it, but you can't tell, I was just I guess hoping it would stay perfectly smooth forever.) Looking at it now, after two months of wearing it, I don't even notice the little tiny fuzzy balls anymore, it just looks smooth overall. (I have to recall the transition, that's the only point I really noticed that, when it went from perfectly smooth to a little fuzzier.) It's smooth enough, and I love it! ... show more
