I spent $1000 for this necklace one year ago My husband has worn it for the last year when it started to tarnish. We attempted multiple ways to clean it, and finally brought it into a jeweler. I bought The World Jewelry Center 14k REAL Yellow Gold Solid Men's 3.5mm Cuban Curb Chain Necklace as a Christmas present for my son. It fits him well. My only observation is that it seems too yellow compared to the other 14k jewelry that I have. The 14k jewelry that I have is not as bright yellow, even after cleaning with the same ultrasonic cleaner that jewelers use, which makes me doubt its quality. I live about 30 miles from the nearest city, so did not take the chain to a jeweler to verify its metal content. I'm just suspicious. ... show more
