The ring itself is well made, the packaging definitely makes it more of a premium product. I ordered the size I normally wear but it was too big. I made a claim through Ridge's Never lost forever fit warranty. I received an email saying that I would hear back from them in 7-10 business days. After a month of waiting, I sent a follow up email and they said that they will look into it and I havent heard anything since. The product is great but their customer service is abysmal. I will leave a better review when or if this issue is resolved ... show more
