These slippers are warm and comfy and cute but the insoles are not great quality. To be an expensive slipper from North Face I would expect to be able to cook dinner without the soles of my feet hurting but the insole leaves something to be desired. The insole feels more like something out of a cheapo $15 pair of house slippers. They are supportive enough to enjoy around the house or make a quick store run if you won’t be walking around much.

From jump I will admit that I did not realize these were slippers before buying them. Yess they're poofy but that wasn't a dead give away for me. Luckily I totally needed slippers too, so worked out! These are super warm without making your feet sweat and they're very comfortable and light weight. Of course I had to wear them outside and I found that they are just as great as they are inside. I'm enjoying these so much I bought my husband the loafer style for Christmas ☺️. Happy accidents!

Booties are comfortable and incredibly warm. It will be interesting to see how warm they are once it gets really cold (right now only in the 50s). They have no support to speak of… they run a tad large which is ok if you’re going to wear thick socks… The reason for the warning…. They came with the north face tag on them with a suggested retail price of $65… you’d probably be better off looking elsewhere to purchase since here they are marked up OVER the manufacturer’s suggested retail… I feel like I’ve been ripped off which is never a good feeling.

I bought these as a splurge and put them under the tree. North Face has a reputation for being good quality and I was quite disappointed as the insert came out and now then the foam underneath just falls out. I will be reaching out as I did recently see these in stores and the inserts appear to be much different now.
