If you are looking for some new slippers for yourself or someone you love look no further. These The Northface slippers are the absolute best that I have ever ever owned and just tried during my recent hospital stay. They are the best. They are warm but don’t make my feet sweat. They are comfy and warm, but don’t slip right on. The back is tight and looks like it will rip out or stretch out sooner than later. I probably wouldn’t get again.

These are warm, pretty grippy, with a soft but very well-built feel. I was looking for a pair of house shoes to keep my feet warm but not create a sweat chamber, and sifting through the huge number of low-quality house shoes out there was giving me a headache. These are not breathable per se, but they definitely don't seem to make my feet sweat nearly as much as they would if they had a faux fur or fuzzy interior. The top of the shoes have a synthetic puff-jacket feel (I'd love a pair of down-fill if they existed), and I feel confident that if I spilled some coffee on them that I could wipe it off and it wouldn't create a stain. There's a thin rubber sole on the bottom with good grip, and where the sole meets the upper there's a very sturdy feeling rubberized connector. You could definitely wear these shoes on short errands or to get the mail. The fit is true to size in my opinion. I have a 10.5 foot and the size 10 is just a little snug, but the heel stretches back a bit so it is a comfortable fit with zero looseness. ... show more

These are absolutely the best slippers I've ever owned. Indoor, outdoor, socks, no socks, either way, whatever I'm doing, they're extremely comfortable and my feet stay warm, and yet, they don't sweat. Never been able to achieve that until these slippers. Extremely comfortable and resistant. I got these for a resent camping trip to the Adirondacks as an end of day camp shoe. They were perfect. After a day of paddling and running around in wet shoes, these north face were perfect for unwinding at camp.
