Exactly what I was looking for for a while. It seems like companies used to make basic thick polartec fleeces like this, but they're hard to find now. This is a quality, medium/heavy mid layer or outer layer. I can easily fit a shell or down parka over top. I wish more companies would go back to using polartec, it's far more durable than what's generally available now. My only complaint is that the bottom drawstring doesn't have a plastic clip, it has to be tied. But that's very minor. This is a great fleece!
