Versatile, easy to wear and unique. It came looking and feeling great, but has grown in length over time due to the weight of material. Still cute and looks great belted as well which helps with the length. I’m 5’4” and length is just above the ground but started at my ankle.

I really wanted to wear this on my vacation. I love the color!!! However, the lining is so thin and form fitting, so it didn't seem appropriate as anything more than a beach coverup. But it wasn't really ideal for that either. As much as I loved the color, when I tried it on, it mostly just highlighted my body's flaws after having 3 kids. ... show more

    • Stylish crochet dress for summer
Size: X-Large Color: Black & White Chevron
This is my first order from The Drop, an Amazon-exclusive brand, and I am very impressed with the fit and quality. I selected the black & white chevron version. I like the graphic look of the design, and I figured that the chevron pattern might be more flattering than horizontal stripes. I have a curvy figure and usually don't wear body-hugging dresses, but I was surprised at how flattering this was. The XL size fit my 5'4" 185 lbs frame perfectly. Paired with a blazer or cardigan, it's perfect for work. I was also happy to see that the knit of the dress was thick and opaque, no need for a separate slip to be modest. As added bonus, the dress is technically reversible, even though it's not advertised as such. The tags can be removed and the exposed seams look like a design detail. When I wear a cardigan, they are hardly noticeable. I think I even prefer the white/black combo, and it's great to have two options in one. It was a heavy fabric for it to be a summer dress. It wasn't cute. It could be for around the house but not much other than that for me. The fit ran small, so go up a size if you're curvy and want to be comfy. The value and quality were good. It was only $15, but I just didn't like the blue. The blue is more of a strong turquoise rather than a sky blue and the lining is very very short. The lining just barely covers the backside with maybe 2 inches to spare. I feel like I would be trying to pull this down constantly. The dress is pretty otherwise.

Size: Large Color: Black & White Chevron
This Drop dress is bomb! The crochet is really lovely, and the pattern reminds me of a Missoni dupe. The material is soft and smooth on my skin, and I love the fit! It is close cut, but not clingy, and the slits on the side allow for a bit of leg, since the upper portion of the bodice is relatively modest. I would like to have this in the brown as well. Even though it's knitted, this is light enough for the warmer weather we're having here in TN. I'm going to wear this with Rothy's now, and in the fall with boots and a sweater. I absolutely love it, and feel like the silhouette is timeless. It's a really well designed, and quality constructed piece for my wardrobe. I feel like the price tag is well justified. ... show more
