When I first slid my foot into these The Drop Women's Francine Clogs, I felt like Cinderella. The perfect shoe!--if Cinderella had really been into clogs and wanted warm feet and synthetic fur instead of glass slippers (I still feel superior: after all, Cinderella will have REALLY bad back problems some day. Who dances in glass slippers?). However, after a few minutes it was obvious that these clogs were a teeny bit too small. My big toe kept slamming into the front, and I could tell I would risk trauma to my nail if I wore these for too long. The thing is, they weren't that small. These clogs only run in whole sizes. I suspect I fall in between 8 and 9. I have never bought a size 9 in my life, and would not have thought to order size 9 now, either, but the 8 ran a smidge too small. I don't know that I would want to buy clogs that are too large, though; I wouldn't want the risk of constantly walking out of my shoes, either. Shoe sizes seem to me to be a little different for each company, even though they should be fairly standard. Anyway, for ME they ran a little small in the length. The width was fine. It's a shame, because these are very comfortable shoes. They are very warm and fuzzy, almost like slippers. The interior is soft. The shoes are entirely synthetic, so I am not sure how long they will last--but for the next few months, they will be a terrific addition to your wardrobe. ... show more

I love these shoes. The heel height is works for me. It's not too much. I ordered these shoes in size 13. I've worn them with out socks. I will definitely order them again in a size 13W so I can wear them with thick socks

These look better in the picture than they did on my feet. I did not feel that the quality was that great, especially for 50 dollars. They appear very clunky on my feet, that is kind of the "in" style, but it's not my style. Also, I have what I like to call "barny rubble" feet. They are short and thick with a high arch so if it's a slide like this one, it is a hard to slide my foot all the way in. I bought a size bigger (8 vs 7) because this usually helps the fit with slide type shoes, but my heel was still hanging off the back. ... show more
