So, sadly I returned both pieces. The material was incredibly soft and so yummy to wear. One of the softest sets ever. These shorts are incredibly soft and comfortable. I have 40 to 41" hips and a 36" waist and the L fit just fine. My only wish is that the inseam was a bit longer. The shorts bunched a bit in front on my thighs, because they're a bit short and fall in a place that's slightly unflattering on my height. These shorts are so cute, and maybe I ordered the wrong size, but they just sit weirdly on my waist. If I pull them up they expose my butt, if I pull them down they give me Hank Hill A**. I can't win, I would keep looking if you are torn as to whether to buy these or not lol.
