This is a nice, thick French terry with plenty of body. I ordered the caramel color, and it’s not clingy or see-through at all. I ordered several sizes up just because I like my sweatshirt dresses really loose. The puff sleeves add a nice little bit of style.

I bought a SM and I’m 5’4” at 135 lbs. It’s a great wear around-the-house/ neighborhood type of sweater dress. I don’t know if I’d wear it out doing errands as I had hoped. The material is soft, but not as thick or structured as I imagined. It’s not clingy since it is a loose fit, but you will still see the outline of your underwear or belly if the wind blows it against your figure. I love having pockets, but be aware that it can make shoulders and hips look wider than they are. The length is perfect, it’s right above the knees, even though I have a longer torso than most people...I had read previous reviews about it being too short and had ordered a Large in blue and found it was way too wide and just below knees, and the baby blue made it look more like pjs. ... show more

If you have a large chest or an hour glass figure, this will not be flattering for you. I’m 5’4”, 110lbs, 34DD and ordered and xsmall and looked like I was wearing a trash bag. Comfy but not flattering.
