Meghan from Wit and Whimsy recommended this dress so I gave it a try with Amazon's try before you buy feature. Keeping it! The fabric is more substantial than expected (not too thick or thin) and it has pockets. The fabric irons nicely. I would say that it runs a bit large, so especially if you are not large chested, I would say to size down. It reminds me of a MUCH more expensive Jenni Kayne dress but I actually prefer the slightly different cut of this one! Will really enjoy this in the summer! ... show more

The daisy pattern eyelet fabric is lovely, and the dress is lined for modesty. I love the generous pockets. Nearly everything fit nicely in size medium, but the bodice ended just above my girls — and I’m short-waisted. I’m ordering the large to see if the bodice may fit better.

Love the color, fits quite large. I have a small bust but a large belly. I ordered a size up so I could have the looseness I wanted in the body. The top is way too big so I will have to alter so it fits closer to my body in the bust area. Love the buttons on the straps which allow you to shorten and/or cross them. I crossed them so they don't slip off my shoulders, which is a big issue for me most of the time. I also wish the cotton was a bit more light weight. I had hoped to wear this on a trip to Hawaii but I think I would find it too heavy and warm even though it is 100% cotton. I would buy again if they offered it in some prints as well. ... show more
