Got this for Mother’s Day, and I love it. I think I will not have to use my other Cooking Books. It weights: 8lbs. You can use it as body armor. 😉 1270 pages including Introduction, Recipes, Conversion Tables/Measurement tables, Kitchen Supplies (Reviews), Top Products/Condiments/Ingredients and Index. I found helpful that the red lines where each chapter begin, can be seen through the group of pages when the book is closed. I do recommend tags/labels to find what you are looking for. Excellent book. Full of awesome recipes. I love it. Thank you, America’s Test Kitchen.     • Has all the America’s Test Kitchen recipes from every season.
Recipes are all well researched and well written. I trust ATK to always have great recipes. This book is quite heavy with average twelve hundred pages. Hard bound with high quality paper, pictures, and print. Old version was my go to book, and this is updated through 2024.

It is really heavy. But it covers a lot. I like that they work through recipe problems so you don't have to.

This is more than a cookbook, this is a bible! The recipes are easy to follow. The photos are great and if you watched the show when they made that particular dish, it is even easier to understand. Be aware, this book is enormous and quite heavy, but what else should expect from a quarter of century's worth of work. ... show more

Have been watching the show and now I have the recipes to try out at my fingertips. Book is large and a little cumbersome, but I knew it would be when I purchased it. Looking forward to trying out new recipes.

This is a very big cookbook! It is most definitely dictionary size. And chock full of important information not unlike a dictionary. You know the recipes and hints and tips from the show but now you can peruse them to your hearts content at your own pace in your own time. Totally Monster Buy! thanks Amazon.com ... show more
