These pants fit nicely. I would say for sizing they were slightly big in the waist but because of the adjustable waist it's not big deal. As of right now they have been washing well and still in good shape. The length is also pretty true to size. These pants were an attempt to get around the stretchy uniform pants my daughter normally wears. It was a stretch to get her into pants with a real button but it was worth a shot. She actually really liked the fit of these, they were stretchy and very soft. But only con we found was that the knee area was a little snug. She does NOT like tight fitting clothing so this bothered her a lot. But some people probably like that fit. They were excellent quality and reasonably priced for kids uniform pants that inevitably will get dirty as they play at school. We will see if she get used to the knee issue and she does, I will certainly purchase these again. ... show more

My daughter is 11 1/2 and these size 14 were a perfect fit. The adjustable waist is needed though and a definite bonus. She loves how soft and stretchy they are.
