My son had a recent growth spurt and needed all new clothes for summer. These look great and fit pretty good. They're maybe a little big in the waist for my string bean boy. For some reason they seem to bother him and he eventually takes them off to run around in his undies, however. He can't explain the discomfort, though, so it's maybe just a phase!

Great quality. Very well constructed. Just very disappointed that they are larger than size chart stated. Great thing is that we can save until next year. Overall great quality and looking shorts. But if you want to use them right away , order one size smaller.

I had to return them. I ordered them as a gift for a grandson who lives in another city. I went by the waist measurement, and it turns out he wears his shorts below his belly, so of course they looked long and baggy on him. I may consult with his parents and order the same ones in a smaller size after we figure out what would work. They look like good quality shorts for the money. The elastic all around plus an adjustable feature in the waist should make them usable, when we get the size that's appropriate. The colors were great and the fabric looked good.
