Love them. Have washed them hundreds of times at this point (late review) and they hold up. We have them in 5 colors and when he grows out we will get them in bigger size. My 12 year old loves these. He is very self conscious when shorts start to go above is knee. These are nice and long, going to his middle knee cap. He is 5 feet and about 90lbs and slim, so the pull tabs are a plus! He is also lazy about buttons and zippers so the pull on style is perfect!

Love theses shorts for my son he is on larger side and has thighs and a butt he is almost 9 and is in right at the end of a size 12 so i bought a 14 for him and though if they need to be adjusted they can be.
