With heavy play they are loose enough to eventually work their way down. They are a bit long, but the cuffed ankles make that no problem. I purchased these pants for my then-1 year old and they were way too big. The length was appropriate but the waist band was very large and even with the tie I could not get them tight enough to fit my child. My child is very thin though as he remains in the 2 percentile for weight. My only other note about this product is they are very thick so would be very warm for a child in the winter. ... show more
