I really wasnโ€™t sure if I would like these at first. My feet & ankles swell up sometimes & I needed a shoe that would work with that. Iโ€™m really impressed with them & they are very comfortable. I probably will buy a insert for them to make them even more comfortable. The price is definitely worth it . Thanks Amazon for selling them because I would never pay $100 on tevas site . I was looking for biodegradable slips/flats, since reduce comes before recycle, but then I tried on my cousin's ReEmbers and they were so comfy, supportive, and effortlessly cool/warm as needed, with or without socks! (note: I asked, I did not try their shoes w/o socks) And I decided my search was over! As someone who enjoys walking barefoot, my feet are spread just slightly wider than what various brands design for. The quilted toe box of the reEmbers not only provides temperature comfort, but also stretches and breaks in comfortably over the arch, while not becoming too loose as to become unsecure. The whole shoe is built flexible enough to allow for a natural gait, but appears to be crafted to last, with rubber soles, reinforced toes, and stitched connections. You can step into them by folding down the flexible heel, but I don't think you can put them on completely hands-free otherwise, but I am unskilled. oh but also Stop calling things moccasins unless they are leather, wet formed to fit, and most importantly Made By Indigenous Artists! I love these shoes and get a lot of compliments on them but they are tight on the top of my foot. It got a little better after breaking in but in general its still too snug. So maybe go a size up? Not sure because the length was fine.
