I purchased the black taller version on July and in just after two months one of the straps velcros came off. So it's now loose and doesn't stay at the correct position. I can not able to fix it either. Very poor design. Wasn't able to contact the seller either because the return window has passed. I wish they have sent extra straps with that like the previous designs. $58 is not even cheap just to be able to use it for two months. Now i am stuck with them. Edit: I had great experience with this seller. After my initial review they reached out to me and resolved my issue in a very efficient manner. Great customer service on their behalf. Installed the Headrest Pillow with the included straps. All worked well. It does require some light to see the pillow and connect the strap (it's dark inside the Tesla!). Having someone hold a light makes it simple. The headrest mounts well on the highest setting for my 6'+ height. The material matches the vegan leather and feels nice. I only wish they were solid black without the name TESLA. I'm looking forward to experiencing these on our next trip. ... show more

Bought the regular version that came with leather & hook straps. It was impossible to put on, ended up needing to join two straps to make it work. This would probably end up causing some dent. Wouldn’t recommend getting the leather strap one, get the elastic band version instead. The pillow feels nice so I’m returning this and will buy the elastic version instead.
